These include advertising or displaying the price of a good or service without showing the total price, including mandatory fees; failing to disclose mandatory fees before accepting payment; making false or misleading disclosures of subtotals, fees, or charges; presenting subtotals, fees, charges, or other components of the total price less prominently or in a smaller font size; and increasing the price after a consumer has selected the good or service.
