This bill amends the education law to expand eligibility for the veterans tuition awards program. It makes tuition awards available to all Vietnam, Persian Gulf, and Afghanistan veterans, as well as other eligible veterans. The awards are for up to eight full-time semesters and cannot be reduced by federal benefits. The changes take effect on July 1, 2025.
