The bill extends and expands the scope of the on-demand E-hail paratransit pilot to include an additional 1,200 users. The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) shall continue to operate the pilot through March 31, 2027. The MTA shall select new users for the pilot, considering age, disability, geographic distribution, and frequency of ridership.
