Lowers blood alcohol concentration limits for driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated in New York.
This bill amends the vehicle and traffic law in New York to lower the blood alcohol concentration (BAC) required for driving while intoxicated from.08 of one per centum to.05, and for aggravated driving while intoxicated from.18 of one per centum to.12. The changes apply to both regular and commercial motor vehicles.
