Defines "reportable business relationship" for SUNY and CUNY employees.
This bill amends the definition of "reportable business relationship" to exclude certain employees of the State University of New York (SUNY) and the City University of New York (CUNY). Specifically, it excludes relationships where compensation is paid by a lobbyist or a client of a lobbyist, in exchange for goods, services, or anything of value worth more than $1,000 annually, to teaching professors, adjunct professors, lecturers, instructors, assistant professors, associate professors, or similar teaching roles.
