The report must include the amount of funds currently held, the amounts disbursed, and the names, addresses, and amounts awarded and received by the recipients. This report will be submitted to the opioid settlement board, the temporary president of the senate, the speaker of the assembly, and the chairs of the senate and assembly committees on alcoholism and drug abuse. The act takes effect immediately.
