Establishes the farm ownership succession planning program to provide farm owners with a toolkit for succession planning.

The bill establishes the farm ownership succession planning program (FOSPP) to assist farm owners in succession planning. The FOSPP will provide a toolkit including financial resources, education and support programs, economic development funding, and information on existing farming collaboratives. The program will also develop statewide forums to educate farmers and prospective new farmers. The FOSPP will be established by August 1, 2026, and hold its first forum by October 1, 2026.
