New York A00330 amends the election law to modify the effective date for changes of voter enrollment. Under the current law, changes of enrollment received by the board of elections take effect immediately. This bill changes the law so that changes of enrollment received after February 14th and before or on seven days after the June primary will take effect on the seventh day after the June primary.
