Allows police vehicles to use forward-facing blue lights, but only in combination with red and/or white lights.

This bill amends the vehicle and traffic law to permit police vehicles to display one or more forward-facing blue lights, provided they are used in combination with red and/or white lights. The blue lights can also be displayed on the trunk, rear gate, or interior of the vehicles. This change applies to police vehicles, fire vehicles, ambulances, emergency ambulance service vehicles, and county emergency medical services vehicles. The bill takes effect immediately upon enactment.
