Establishes the office of urban agriculture within the Department of Agriculture and Markets.

The bill amends the Agriculture and Markets Law to establish the office of urban agriculture within the Department of Agriculture and Markets. The office will identify and maintain a list of vacant public land suitable for urban agriculture. It will also facilitate the use of such land for urban agriculture purposes.
