Health occupations: marriage and family therapists; licensing requirements for marriage and family therapists; modify, and require continuing education. Amends secs. 16903 & 16909 of 1978 PA 368 (MCL 333.16903 & 333.16909) & adds secs. 16909a & 16914.

State finance: other; limitations on holding a digital asset; prohibit. Creates new act.

Children: child care; adjustments of reimbursements under the child development care program for inflation; require. Creates new act.

Law enforcement: other; immigration enforcement at certain locations; prohibit in certain circumstances. Creates new act.

Corrections: parole; certain parole terms; amend. Amends sec. 34 of 1953 PA 232 (MCL 791. 234).
