Maryland SB967 amends the right of appeal for decisions made by the Historic Preservation Commission. It allows any aggrieved person to appeal to the Board of Appeals of the local jurisdiction or the appropriate circuit court. This bill also repeals and reenacts provisions in the Annotated Code of Maryland, effective October 1, 2026.
