Maryland SB888 proposes a temporary congressional districting plan for use beginning after the 2026 election and until a new Congressional Districting Plan takes effect after the 2030 census. The bill also authorizes the General Assembly to grant original jurisdiction to the Supreme Court of Maryland to review the congressional districting of the State.
