The bill legalizes the 2025 Edition of the Baltimore County Code of Public Local Laws and any supplement to it, to the extent that it contains laws enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland. This edition and its supplements are recognized as evidence of the law in all state courts and by public officials. The act takes effect on July 1, 2026.
