Maryland SB390 modifies the issuance and renewal of Class A beer, wine, and liquor licenses in Wicomico County. Effective July 1, 2026, a Class A license cannot be issued to an establishment that has been issued a Class B license. However, a Class A license may be renewed for an establishment that holds a Class B license issued before July 1, 2026. The Board of License Commissioners cannot issue a license to a corporation or limited liability company unless the applicant owns 75% of the total issued capital stock.
