Vehicle Manufacturers and Dealers - Dealer and Manufacturer Associations - Administrative Hearings

Authorizing a vehicle dealer association or manufacturer association to request an administrative hearing to resolve a dispute between entities or seek clarification or interpretation of any provision of applicable law; prohibiting a manufacturer, distributor, or factory branch that does not have at least one franchised dealer in the State from requesting a hearing.
