Maryland SB30 allows the governing body of Baltimore County to grant a property tax credit against the county property tax for real property owned by the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 34, located at Wampler Road, Middle River, Maryland. The credit amount equals 100% of the property tax imposed on the property for each taxable year. This act is applicable to all taxable years beginning after June 30, 2026.
