State Board of Social Work Examiners - Provisional License to Practice Social Work - Established

From the Legislature

Establishing a provisional social work license through which an individual issued a provisional social work license may receive a full license; requiring the Board, beginning November 1, 2026, to issue a provisional license to an applicant who, except for passing the examination otherwise required, has met certain appropriate education and experience requirements; and requiring the Board beginning in 2026, to report certain information regarding the provisional licensing program to certain committees of the General Assembly,
