Maryland SB119 amends the Annotated Code of Maryland to extend the statutory and regulatory authority of the State Board of Environmental Health Specialists until July 1, 2032. This bill repeals and reenacts provisions related to the Board, subject to the evaluation and reestablishment provisions of the Program Evaluation Act. The changes will take effect June 1, 2026.
