Maryland HB764 changes the compensation for elected members and the president of the Montgomery County Board of Education to be based on the compensation of certain members of the General Assembly in effect at the beginning of the elected member’s term. This change does not apply to individuals appointed or elected after the effective date of this Act to fill out an unexpired term.
