Maryland HB63, known as the Fairness in Girls' Sports Act, requires that interscholastic and intramural junior varsity and varsity athletic teams and sports in public and nonpublic high schools be designated as either boys', male, or men's teams; girls', female, or women's teams; or coeducational or mixed teams. Locker rooms must also be designated based on biological sex.
