Maryland HB583 amends the notice requirements for Class C per diem beer, wine, and liquor licenses in Prince George’s County. The Board of License Commissioners must now notify the County Police Chief, the County Fire Chief, the director of the Department of Permitting, Inspections, and Enforcement, and the chief administrative officer of the municipality where the event is held. The notice must include the time, place, and expected size of the event. This Act takes effect July 1, 2026.
