For events with fewer than individuals, the fee is $25 per day for beer and beer and wine licenses, and $50 per day for beer, wine, and liquor licenses. For events with an estimated attendance of or more individuals, the fee is $25 per point of sale location that serves alcohol at the event per day for beer and beer and wine licenses, and $50 per point of sale location that serves alcohol at the event per day for beer, wine, and liquor licenses. The Act takes effect July 1, 2026.
