Maryland HB418 mandates that courts in Prince George's County must offer remote audio-visual access to bail review hearings, except when the hearing is closed, confidential, or restricted by law. A presiding judge may prohibit broadcasting if there is no overriding public interest in disclosure. This Act takes effect October 1, 2026.
