This disclosure can be made on the menu, in digital format, or through other written materials such as a separate allergen-specific menu, an allergen chart, or an allergen booklet. The bill does not apply to prepackaged foods subject to federal labeling requirements. Effective October 1, 2026, violations may result in misdemeanor charges.
