Racing licensees at Ocean Downs Race Course and Rosecroft Raceway can apply for reimbursement of expenditures for the annual live racing schedule. Rosecroft Raceway must rehire workers employed before June 27, 2008, and recognize collective bargaining agreements in place as of June 1, 2008. The State Racing Commission will allocate funds between Rosecroft Raceway and Ocean Downs Race Course.
