Alters the membership of the Montgomery County Board of Elections and the votes required to appoint an election director.

This bill changes the composition of the Montgomery County Board of Elections, increasing the number of regular members from five to seven. Four of these members must be from the majority political party, and three from the principal minority party. It also modifies the vote requirement for appointing an election director, now needing four votes from the board.
