ADMINISTRATIVE RULES -- States findings of the Legislature and approves all temporary and pending rules submitted to the Legislature for review during the 2026 legislative session, with exceptions.

APPROPRIATIONS -- HEALTH AND WELFARE -- DIVISION OF WELFARE -- Relates to the appropriation to the Department of Health and Welfare for fiscal year 2027.

APPROPRIATIONS -- PUBLIC SCHOOLS -- DIVISION OF STUDENT SUPPORT -- Relates to the appropriation to the Public Schools Educational Support Program's Division of Student Support for fiscal years 2026 and 2027.

PEDIATRIC SECRETIVE TRANSITIONS PARENTAL RIGHTS ACT -- Adds to existing law to establish the Pediatric Secretive Transitions Parental Rights Act.

PACIFIC FISHERIES LEGISLATIVE TASK FORCE -- Repeals existing law to remove obsolete provisions relating to membership on the Pacific Fisheries Legislative Task Force.

STATE BUDGET -- Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding expenditures made pursuant to certain funds that are not cognizable.

APPROPRIATIONS -- Relates to the appropriation and transfer of funds for strategic initiatives and local highway districts.

IDAHO BUILDING CODE ACT -- Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding public school building plan reviews.

NATIONAL GUARD -- States findings of the Legislature and expresses support and commendation for the Idaho National Guard.

WATER SKIING -- Amends existing law to provide an exception for water skiing.
