"Ellaville-Schley County Parks and Recreation Authority Act"; enact

Establishes the Ellaville-Schley County Parks and Recreation Authority to provide recreational services in Schley County.

The Ellaville-Schley County Parks and Recreation Authority Act creates a body corporate to provide recreational services in Schley County. The authority can issue revenue bonds, acquire and manage properties, and develop recreational projects. It is funded by Schley County and the City of Ellaville. Members are appointed by the governing authorities of Schley County and the City of Ellaville. The authority has perpetual existence and can be dissolved only after full payment of all debts. The authority's fiscal year begins July 1 and ends June 30.
