Complete·5/12/26

Georgia HB952 expands the Bulloch County Board of Elections to five members, revising appointment procedures.

Georgia HB952 amends the existing law to increase the size of the Bulloch County Board of Elections to five members. The board members are appointed by the county's governing authority. One member is chosen from a list of nominations provided by the political party whose gubernatorial candidate received the most votes in the last general election. Another member is selected from a list of nominations provided by the party whose gubernatorial candidate received the second-highest number of votes. Three additional members are appointed without receiving nomination lists.
