Food service establishments; food allergy awareness; require certain actions

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 13 of Chapter 2 of Title 26 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to food service establishments, so as to require certain actions relating to food allergy awareness in food service establishments; to require certain posting in staff areas; to provide for the creation or approval by the Department of Public Health of such posting; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
