A RESOLUTION proposing an amendment to the Constitution so as to provide that all probate judges shall be elected in nonpartisan elections; to provide for related matters; to provide for submission of this amendment for ratification or rejection; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 20-2-670 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to disclosures and information required for permanent enrollment in a grade higher than third, provisional enrollment, and transfer of education records, so as to require the enrollment of foster care students within two school days of a request for enrollment by such student's parent or legal custodian; to provide for reporting noncompliance and for corrective action plans; to revise provisions relative to provisional enrollment; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL To be entitled an Act to amend Article 3 of Chapter 3 of Title 50 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to other state symbols, so as to designate the marsh tacky horse as the official Georgia heritage horse breed; to provide legislative findings and declarations; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend an Act providing a homestead exemption from all Pike County ad valorem taxes for county purposes for certain residents of that county who are totally disabled, approved May 13, 2002 (Ga. L. 2002, p. 5732), so as to increase the amount of the homestead exemption for residents of Pike County who are totally disabled; to provide for increased amounts of homestead exemptions for certain residents who have resided in the county for a certain amount of time; to provide for a referendum; to provide for an effective date and applicability; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Title 7 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to banking and finance, so as to provide for use of certain terms in the advertisement and place of business of licensed payment stablecoin issuers; to provide for licensing of payment stablecoin issuers; to provide for third-party examination or investigation; to provide for payment of certain fees and costs of examination and investigation; to provide for suspension or revocation of a license and procedures therefor; to provide for cease and desist orders; to provide for removal of certain officers and members; to provide for a short title; to provide for legislative purpose and intent; to provide for definitions; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date and applicability; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 6 of Chapter 7 of Title 47 of the O.C.G.A., relating to retirement, retirement allowances, disability benefits, and death benefits relative to the Georgia Firefighter's Pension Fund, so as to provide for certain members to retire at age 50; to amend Article 7 of Chapter 20 of Title 47 of the O.C.G.A., the "Public Retirement Systems Investment Authority Law," so as to provide for an exception for the Georgia Firefighters' Pension Fund to invest in assets rated below investment grade; to provide for related matters; to provide conditions for an effective date and automatic repeal; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 48-8-3 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to exemptions relative to state sales and use taxes, so as to provide for a sales and use tax exemption for purchases of tangible property and construction materials used for or in the construction and furnishing of certain buildings; to provide for limitations on the amount of credits to be issued; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 3 of Chapter 13 of Title 48 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to excise tax on rooms, lodgings, and accommodations, so as to provide that certain military museums qualify as destination marketing organizations and private sector nonprofit organizations; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend an Act providing for the election of the members of the Board of Education of Walker County, approved March 8, 1968 (Ga. L. 1968, p. 2235), as amended, so as to provide that future members of the board shall be elected by the voters of the respective education districts instead of by voters of the entire school system; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Title 19 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to domestic relations, so as to revise provisions relating to safe places for newborns; to authorize ambulance services to accept physical custody of a newborn; to authorize the placement of newborn safety devices; to provide for definitions; to provide for limited liability; to provide for transport of newborns to nearest medical facility; to provide for specifications for newborn safety devices; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
