RESOLUTION

Honoring the life and legacy of John Seymour, the late Senator for the State of California.

  1. (1) the Senate—
    1. (A) has heard with profound sorrow and deep regret the announcement of the death of John Seymour, the late United States Senator for the State of California; and
    2. (B) respectfully requests that the Secretary of the Senate communicate this resolution to the House of Representatives and transmit an enrolled copy thereof to the family of John Seymour; and
  2. (2) when the Senate adjourns today, it stands adjourned as a further mark of respect to the memory of the late John Seymour.
