The resolution recognizes the schools selected as National Blue Ribbon Schools for 2025 and celebrates the history of the Blue Ribbon Schools Program. It commends the educators, school administrators, and communities for their hard work and calls upon the Secretary of Education to reinstate the program. The Blue Ribbon Schools program, created in 1982, has honored over 9,000 schools for academic excellence and progress in closing achievement gaps.
