Amends Senate rules to allow the Majority Leader to proceed with en bloc consideration of up to 10 covered nominations.

The bill amends the Standing Rules of the Senate to authorize the Majority Leader to move to proceed to the en bloc consideration of up to 10 covered nominations. A "covered nomination" is defined as a nomination to a position that is not at level I of the Executive Schedule, a judge of a court of appeals, or a Supreme Court Justice. The en bloc consideration of these nominations will be conducted in the same manner as if it were a motion to proceed to the consideration of a single nomination.
