Proposing a constitutional amendment to guarantee the fundamental right to vote for all U.S. citizens of legal voting age.

This bill proposes an amendment to the U.S. Constitution to ensure every citizen of legal voting age has the fundamental right to vote in any public election in their jurisdiction. It prohibits the denial or abridgment of this right unless it is in furtherance of a compelling governmental interest and is the least restrictive means of achieving that interest. The amendment also repeals the disenfranchisement of individuals convicted of a crime and grants Congress the power to enforce this amendment through legislation.
