The Avian Flu Vaccination Strategy Act mandates the Secretary of Agriculture to create a vaccination strategy for poultry to address highly pathogenic avian influenza. This strategy must be developed within 180 days of the Act's enactment and finalized within one year. The strategy must comply with all applicable rules of the World Trade Organization and be developed in consultation with the United States Trade Representative.
