A BILL
To prevent use of United Nations facilities located in the United States by the ICC, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Move the ICC Out of NYC Act of 2025”.
