The task force will assess national security risks, recommend strategies to the President, and facilitate cooperation among federal, state, local, tribal, and territorial governments. The President will designate a Chairperson or Co-Chairpersons for the task force, which will include representatives from federal agencies and other stakeholders. The task force will make recommendations to secure U.S.
