A BILL
To amend the Truth in Lending Act to address certain issues relating to the extension of consumer credit, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Stopping Abuse and Fraud in Electronic Lending Act of 2025” or the “SAFE Lending Act of 2025”.
