Establishes the African Burial Ground International Memorial Museum and Educational Center in New York.

The African Burial Ground International Memorial Museum and Educational Center Act establishes a memorial museum and educational center at the African Burial Ground National Monument in New York City. The purposes of the museum are to serve as a living memorial to enslaved Africans and African Americans, examine African cultural traditions brought to the U.S., explore the institution of slavery, and provide space for exhibits. The Secretary of the Interior will manage the museum, in consultation with an advisory council. The act authorizes appropriations for the museum and its programs.
