The Fatal Overdose Reduction Act of 2025 amends title XIX of the Social Security Act to establish a Health Engagement Hub Demonstration Program. This program aims to increase access to treatment for opioid use disorder and other substance use disorders through the establishment of Health Engagement Hubs. These hubs must meet criteria published by the Secretary and provide a range of services, including harm reduction, mental health and substance use disorder services, and recovery support services.
