A BILL
To prohibit the use of Federal funds to rename, redesignate, or otherwise change the name of the vessel designated as CVN–81 from the “USS Doris Miller”.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Maintaining Integrity of Military Legacy and Enduring Recognition Act” or the “MILLER Act”.
