A BILL
To withhold birthright citizenship from individuals born in a United States territory to a mother who is not lawfully present and a father who is not a United States citizen or lawful permanent resident.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Ending Birthright Citizenship in U.S. Territories Act”.
