A BILL
To provide for the retraining and support of workers displaced by automation technologies or artificial intelligence, to require Federal action during periods of elevated unemployment, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Federal Undertaking to Track, Upskill, and Retrain for Employment of Workers Act” or the “FUTURE of Workers Act”.
