A BILL

To amend title 18, United States Code, to provide for victims of crime to be notified of firearms-related activity by the offender, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. Short title.

This Act may be cited as the “Domestic Violence Survivors Alerted For Emergency Notice Act” or the “Domestic Violence SAFE Notice Act”.
