A BILL

To amend the Secure Rural Schools and Community Self-Determination Act of 2000 to restore the full 75-percent payment to counties from the Oregon and California land-grant fund, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. Short title.

This Act may be cited as the “Secure Rural Schools and Community Self-Determination Clarification Act”.
