A BILL
To provide for an audit and mitigation of covered cellular modules in the Department of Defense systems and infrastructure.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Blocking Foreign Cellular Modules in Defense Systems Act of 2026”.
