A BILL
To amend the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 to allow benefits under the supplemental nutrition assistance program to be used to purchase on-campus meals.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Hot Meals for College Students Act of 2026”.
