Modifies the limitation on waiver for pay of critical health care personnel of the Department of Veterans Affairs.

The bill amends title 38, United States Code, to modify the limitation on waiver for pay of critical health care personnel of the Department of Veterans Affairs. It removes subparagraph (D) and redesignates subparagraphs (E), (F), and (G) as subparagraphs (D), (E), and (F), respectively. The authority of the Secretary to waive salary caps for critical health care personnel will terminate five years after the enactment of the VA Salary Cap Waiver Adjustment Act.
